Amazing location, great memories

The location is very good, close to Vatican and other attractions. The staff was amazing. It was my mother’s birthday and they made her feel very special, and even surprised her with a cake and Prosecco. Thank you all so much for everything, especially Michelle and mrs. Rodica.

Confortable in a quiet area close to major atractions and public transportation

NH Giustiniano is a recently renovated hotel in a quiet and residential area that is close to the city's major attractive areas( Piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo, and beyond) and 10 minute walk from the Vatican. The hotel is just 6 blocks from the subway line and a few steps from buses lines. The room was excellent, spacious with a great living room, amenities changed daily and very, very clean. The bed and pillows were nice. The bathroom had a great shower, very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helped me to previously book a taxi from Fiumicino. An excellent stay

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We were upgraded and had an excellent room.

The room is very big and spacious. The service is excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide selection of pastries. Ms. Mochelle, the receptionist, was very kind in assisting us with our queries, such as arranging a taxi to the airport. It was also very thoughtful of the hotel to allow us to store our luggage even after we checked out, since our flight was in the evening. The hotel is conveniently located near the Vatican, subway, bus station, and shopping stores. A great place to stay!"

Would stay here again

Staff is friendly and professional. The room was very clean and spacious - we were upgraded to a family room. We didn't book breakfast, but their coffee was good. Everything was functional and the heating worked. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was a bit too firm, but not everyone likes a soft bed. Just my personal preference.

It is a five-minute walk from Sant Angelo, a lovely and spacious room with a living room, a good bathroom with a bathtub, and a nice breakfast.

Very good location. Walking distance to St Peter's Cathedral. Close to airport shuttle stop as well. The room is more spacious than expected

The floor plan is weird... at least for the "suite" making it feel smaller...

Good sized family rooms but inconsistent experiences

We stayed at this hotel in the front end of our trip and had a great experience. Rooms were good sized and clean. Made up for appropriate number of travelers. We had lovely views of St. Peter’s and the staff was excellent. We returned on the back end of our trip and had a less positive experience. The location is great.

On our second visit, our room keys did not work but staff did not believe us. Finally after three times returning to the front desk, and leaving for the afternoon and coming back later in the evening, they gave us physical keys. The room was not made up for three travelers even though we had three on the reservation. It took over an hour to get sheets to make up the couch which made it after 11pm. At first there were no pillows or blankets and only 2 towels. We eventually got a throw blanket. This time we had no view and the hallway seemed darker and dingier. Our experience the week before was very different. It seemed the hotel was not prepared for higher volume of visitors after the holiday. We had robes the week before (none this time) and no trouble at check in (many issues) It is nice to have parking and walk everywhere but our second experience makes me wonder which experience was the norm

A well run, corporate-style hotel in a smart area of Rome. A good base for site-seeing.

The location was excellent, Prati is a very nice part of Rome. The view from the balcony of our suite was lovely. The choices at breakfast were wide-ranging and tasty and there are a number of very good restaurants in the immediate area.

The only small criticism I have is the mattress. It was very sensitive to any movement of my partner. We have become used to modern mattresses that are very comfortable and do not move.

Great hotel away from the tourist crowds but with easy access to the tourist attractions

Excellent location - easy access to the Vatican and Rome. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby.

No air conditioning. The room was very warm. We had to keep the windows open, which somewhat cooled the room but made it very noisy.

Overall a good hotel well located, in walking distance from Vatican.

The air conditioning did not work for the 3 nights we staid there. It was way too hot in our room (+27 C ) so we had to keep the windows open. The hotel staff said that they already switched to winter heating and that's the reason we can not adjust the room temperature.
